We are looking for a creative and motivated social media executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage and grow our online presence. The role focuses on content execution, engagement, and driving measurable business results like followers, leads, and sales.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X)
- Create engaging content (posts, captions, reels, stories)
- Increase followers organically through trending content, reels, and consistency
- Generate leads and contribute to sales through social media campaigns and CTAs
- Plan and execute basic growth strategies (giveaways, collaborations, hashtags)
- Schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
- Monitor comments, DMs, and actively engage with the audience to build community
- Track performance using Google Analytics and platform insights
- Assist in running paid campaigns (Meta Ads) to boost reach and conversions
- Identify trends and create viral/engaging content formats
- Work closely with design/content teams or use Canva
🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Understanding of growth strategies (followers, engagement, lead generation)
- Basic knowledge of paid ads and conversion funnels
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
